Regarding the continuing of good cooperation in education, between Association For Intercultural Dialogue, The Association EFECT, The Secondary School of Economics and Management “Elias Canetti”, Ruse, Bulgaria and National College “Octav Onicescu”, Bucharest, Romania, who implement UNESCO programs under the direct coordination of The National Committee of Romania for UNESCO, we signed a “Cooperation Memorial” and , we propose the fallowing cooperation methods:
” Organizing seminars, debates and art competitions both in Bulgaria and Romania
” Organizing exhibitions on different subjects both in Bulgaria and Romania
” Organizing festivities, shows and sports competitions
” Promoting mutual actions in the UNESCO spirit of tolerance, good cooperation and peace of the International Years and the European Years
” Cooperating in the UNESCO programs such as: “The Blue Danube” and “ACES”, or any other future programs.

The purpose of the “Cooperation memorial” is to maintain the partnership between these teaching facilities and the organizations that develop UNESCO programs between the two countries, for a period of two years: 2011-2012 and 2012- 2013 during our visit to The Secondary School of Economics and  Management “Elias Canetti”, Ruse, Bulgaria we achieved a lot of wonderful activities:
